Salmon can be used instead of steelhead trout too.<em><br \/><br \/>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>1 steelhead trout fillet (or salmon fillet)<\/li>\r\n<li>1 shallot (or onion)<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\r\n<li>Fresh herbs (dill and parsley work well)<\/li>\r\n<li>3 tablespoons of unsalted butter<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\r\n<li>Lemon zest and juice from 1 lemon<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><em>Cooking Method:<\/em><\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong> Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F.
